The brilliant Marguerite Hoffmann, who is studying to be a mathematician, is studying at the best university in France. But on the day of her graduation, a mistake shatters all certainty and Marguerite decides to leave everything behind and start her life all over again.
The film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival. Ella Rumpf won the César and Lumiere Awards for the most promising young actress for her role as Marguerite and was also voted Best Actress at the Swiss Film Awards.
