It might rise from the glowing ember of a cigarette, or come into being amidst the crackling of a burning pile of leaves on a damp autumn afternoon. It might drift into the sky, sooty
\nboth as the ominous consequence of the weight of the chimneys, and as the child of a wisp of incense that warms the gentle soul.
\nIt envelops us, wraps us up, affects our senses, then dissipates. Seemingly without a trace, yet it lingers in our pores, almost tickling the skin,
\nand we feel its effects for a long time to come. It can bring a sense of euphoria, overwhelming emotions, sensuality and a deeply peaceful intimacy all at once.
\nJust like music\u2026
\nLia Pokorny\u2019s musical performance was also inspired by this duality. Well-known songs with an exciting, sensual atmosphere, set to ethereal piano accompaniment,
\nbuilt on original and humorous narrative interludes and the smoky voice that accompanies each song. A voice that at times scratches, at times gently caresses, guiding the listener through the chords of the performance.
\nThe atmosphere is guaranteed by, among others, tributes to Ella Fitzgerald, Gershwin, Edith Piaf, Nat King Cole, Gy\u00f6rgy G. D\u00e9nes and Zsuzsa Cserh\u00e1ti.<\/p>\n

The performance lasts 70 minutes without an interval<\/p>\n
