Sports Camp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>20-24 July 2026<\/strong>. <strong>\ud83d\ude0eThe camp is full!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you like sports, games, trying out different types of exercise and fun communities, this is the place for you! You can learn effective self-defence and survival techniques, training sessions, skill exercises, bravery tests, board games, competitions, situational, form and gymnastics exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is the purpose of the camp?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to get you moving, build your strength, confidence, coordination, flexibility, speed and conflict management skills.
