Miklós H. Vecsei and the QJÚB / Sándor Csoóri Evening
Dialogue in the dark - concert theatre
Based on the work of Sándor Csoóri
Miklós H. Vecsei and his musician friends - the Music Hungary Prize-winning QJÚB, Miklós Radnóti and János Pilinszky - have created a concert theatre performance that seeks passionate and inter-listening responses to the alienation and uniformity of Sándor Csoóri's work.
The show is being performed:
Bori Hegedűs
Miklós H. Vecsei
Ábel Mihalik
Huba Ratkóczi
James Frimmel
Viktor Paczári
Sight: Burning Embers
The script was compiled and directed by: Miklós H. Vecsei
The length of the performance is about 90 minutes.
There was no war then
and not a single anxiety was needed
and live under the spell of a single revenge -
The sun was swimming in the eyes of the deer
and the Earth had a beautiful name,
had a childishly beautiful name.
A pear-coloured mountain, cellars and terraces,
the red vine will be ashy in time.
It's summer everywhere right now,
but that's another story -
I'm looking for echoes and partners to live with.
