Interested in the history of the Earth? Are you passionate about rocks?
Then this opportunity is waiting for you!
The 250 million year old geo-climbing extends from the equator to the shores of Lake Balaton. Hands-on geology sessions with projection presentations will give you a unique insight into a geological era with original rocks, fossils and minerals.
The course consists of 5 sessions of 2 hours per session.
Course leader: geologist János Futó, geological conservation expert
Date: from 13 October 2025, Mondays 17:30 - 19:30.
Participation fee: 40.000 HUF / person
The course starts with a minimum of 10 participants.

1. Triassic treasures in the Tethys Sea
2. Underwater journey to the depths of the Jurassic "ocean"
3. Colourful "chalk drawings" - on stones
4. Strange creatures in the Eocene hothouse
5. The history of the Pannonian Lake
