Participants will learn to make 5 types of homemade pasta during the workshop. Everyone will work with 2 types of dough, one with watery durum flour and one with eggs.
The following doughs will be prepared:
- Tagliatelle (wide cut)
- Farfalle (bow tie)
- Ravioli (stuffed with spinach and ricotta)
- Tortellini (filled with Bolognese casserole)
- Cavadietti (Sicilian pasta similar to gnocchi)
The two stuffed pastas are cooked on the spot and eaten with two separate sauces
the rest can be taken home by the participants.
Everyone will receive a pasta cutter and a recipe booklet with the recipes, recipes for the fillings and an extra pesto recipe.
Participation fee 16.900 HUF.
