In search of French doughnuts - or the secrets of burnt dough
Want to become confident with fired doughnuts and learn techniques to make spectacular and delicious doughnuts at home? Come to our workshop!
During the session, we will make step-by-step, practice-oriented, classic and modern favourites of burnt dough.
Representative donuts - tradition, perfect texture
Eckler donuts - elongated shape, elegant appearance, exciting flavours
Choux au craquelin - crispy hat, creamy inside
The workshop will be led by pastry chef Andrea Patakfalvi
The workshop will discuss:
- on the correct preparation of burnt dough,
- what to look out for when baking,
- how to make a nice, hollow and filling doughnut
- no previous experience necessary, just enthusiasm and a sweet tooth!
As a gift, participants will receive the recipes, printed and stapled.
The workshop costs 16.900 HUF/person.
