Neapolitan pizza with sourdough

Salt, water, flour, the real soul of the pizza, and of course the tomatoes, mozzarella and basil. What do you need to make a Neapolitan sourdough pizza? A big dose of enthusiasm and a few tricks to make the best pizza possible at home.
During the programme, everyone will learn the steps of making pizza dough: kneading, folding and baking. How to stretch the dough by hand, how to make a beautiful cornicione, or pizza crust. Each participant will make three of their own pizzas. We will also show you several techniques to perfect home baking, and you will be able to try out an AVPN certified electric Naples oven on site, where you can literally make a pizza in minutes.
At the end of the course, everyone can take home a prepared pizza dough, which thanks to the long rising time can be made the next day, their pizzas made during the course and a gift of a sourdough for further experimentation.
The course will be led by Adrián Fecske: pizza chef, artisan baker, Tekla Pekarek Pekarek, head of Csokolom Gasztrolabor.
