In this workshop we will discuss the collective and individual effects of the Year of the Yang Fire - Year of the Horse.
Everyone will have the opportunity to control their own fire so as not to overburn it, not to waste their own energy and to learn how to use the unparalleled miracle power of fire for good and for good!
What does it support if we use the power of fire at a high level and what does it destroy if we don't connect well to the energy of the year?
How do we transform within ourselves and around ourselves all that has no life, no light, no fire?
Let's set the mood now with a few experiences:
A high level of living:
- We approach life with cheerfulness, optimism and humour. We go towards the future with zest for life, zest for life, confidence.
- Our enthusiasm never wanes, even in difficult situations. This is what drives us forward, and we radiate it to those around us,
- We want to move forward. We notice where we are stuck and are able to cut off the negative energy so we can find the path to forgiveness.
Low level of living: - It's hard to slow down, to relax, to be in the present,
- We take refuge in excesses, addictions, feeling that in them we will find a solution, a calm, a release,
- We overdo it, we run to work, we burn up all our energy, we don't realise that we should stop,
- we suddenly, violently, rashly decide, act or say something that we later regret,
- The fire in us goes out and instead of the fine warm embers we are left with smoke and a frozen state,
- With a huge ego we dominate the others.
