The Beets is a singer-guitarist duo consisting of Viktória Bokor-Gál, singer, and Kristóf Varjassy, guitarist. Their songs are varied, ranging from the 60s and 70s to today's hits.
Kristóf has been playing the guitar for years and has also started taking singing lessons. He lived abroad for a long time, where he performed regularly. Viki studied solfège, piano and singing at the music school in Veszprém for 11 years as a child. Then, as adults, they both started again and soon found each other as musical partners.
They have been playing together for two years now and have managed to secure gigs at several restaurants and pubs in Veszprém. In the summer of 2025, as up-and-coming local talents, they had the opportunity to perform at the Rosé, Rizling and Jazz Days. Now they are strumming their strings at the Agora.
