Generations have grown up with the Hungarian folk tales series produced in the Kecskemét animation studio, and it has not only saved a valuable asset, but also communicates Hungarian culture in a modern form in Hungary and abroad. The stories in the series are original collections, including animal, fairy, short story and chain stories. The visual concept of the series was created by Marcell Jankovics, and the Kaláka ensemble created the musical accompaniment using folk songs. In the selection for the Hungarian Film Festival, we will be screening episodes of The Water Fairy, The Golden Raven, The Lily of the Valley Palko, The Three-Branched Oak Fairy, The Little Puffball and The Fox in the House.
