Participants will learn to make 5 types of homemade pasta during the workshop. Everyone will work with 2 types of dough, one with watery durum flour and one with egg.
The following doughs will be prepared:
- Tagliatelle (wide cut),
- Farfalle (bow tie),
- Ravioli (stuffed with spinach and ricotta),
- Tortellini (filled with Bolognese casserole)
- Cavadietti (Sicilian pasta similar to gnocchi)
Everyone will receive a pasta cutter and a recipe booklet with the recipes, the filling recipes and a pesto recipe.

Participation fee: 15.900 HUF/person
You can register by 17 April by paying the participation fee.
Once the deposit has been paid, it is not possible to cancel the application,
but the right to participate is transferable.
