Szeretetkert-Veszprém

2024.06.04. 19:00 - 20:30 Agora Theatre Hall

In our own lives we tend to spend too much time being in resistance. We resist what is, was or will be, struggling with what we cannot change. We are afraid, worried, anxious, angry, upset or even remorseful.

This inevitably affects our relationships. Why is this happening to us? We all bring similar patterns from home, patterns of thinking, messages from the destiny book that sabotage our own happiness and well-being. And negative attitudes towards ourselves affect our relationships.

With this presentation we want to:

- help us to recognise our own limiting beliefs

- to show how this plays out in the relationship and how it can lead to conflict situations in everyday life

- and how we can transform it, learn from it and grow and develop by holding a mirror up to each other in the relationship.

The first half of the presentation will be given by Dr Katalin Piczkó, psychiatrist, trainer, coach and university lecturer. The second half of the lecture will consist of shared reflection and improvisation scenes, in which Judit Schell and Máté Mészáros will help us to visualise familiar, everyday situations, and then we will move together with the audience on the path of insights and learning.
