This programme is for you.
In a comfortable, safe space, we talk honestly about the postnatal period, what happens to you and your baby - not just from a textbook, but from real experience. Practice baby care situations (diapering, bathing, breastfeeding positions, etc.) You will gain understanding, theoretical and practical knowledge in an encouraging community.
