French pastries from puff pastry
During the afternoon, everyone will learn how to make puff pastry, from the basic dough to the folding. We will prepare four different classic French pastries. While our pastries are resting between two folds, everyone will also make their own basic pastry to take home with the 10-12 pastries and recipes

- Palmieri - Cinnamon palm leaf
- Pain au Chocolat - Chocolate pillow
- Pain au raisins - Vanilla snail with raisins

Workshop fee: 14 900,- HUF/person
